Meet Balto! Balto is a cute boy who came to us to find his furever home. He has some playful puppy energy, but once he's had a chance to get some of that out he also has calm, snuggly energy. He loves all kinds of toys, but more than anything he loves being around people and getting attention! He seems like he'd be the best snuggle-buddy after getting to play a bit.
