Meet Zeke! Zeke is a 3-year-old Golden Retriever who is in need of a new home. He's a big, lovable guy who is in need of some extra training to help with his manners - but with some love and patience, he would be an excellent companion! Some of his favorite things include: sleeping in late, chewing on his toys, and eating bananas (as well as other fruits/veggies!) as treats. He loves his outside time, especially when he gets to swim or play in the water! He does need some work on his recall, so a fenced-in yard would be beneficial for him. He gets a bit stressed around other dogs and small children, so a mature home where he can be the only pet would be the best fit. He's a very strong guy and likes to take control on walks - he could use some guidance to help him learn good leash manners! He also gets a little over-excited when visitors come to his home.

Golden Retrievers can make amazing pets when they're given the time, attention, and training they need to direct their energy in a positive way - Zeke just needs someone who can give him that extra dedication.
