Meet Topper! Topper is a friendly and playful guy who knows some commands. He likes to play with toys, spend time outside, and be pet! He can be an escape artist, so he would either do well with a fenced-in yard, or will need someone diligent to ensure he's properly hooked up before opening doors at home.
