Penelope is a quiet young cat that came to the shelter as a stray in our after hours room.  She can be a bit shy at first but is very sweet once she gets comfortable.  She is an independant cat that doesnt mind being on her own but will come to you for affection.  She would most likely do best in a home without small kids or dogs and may be okay with other likeminded felines.
