Gallery of Cats - November 2004

Following are some of the cats and kittens finding homes recently:

After quite a wait, Santana joins another littermate's home.
Socks came to the shelter as a young male looking for a home. Once he was neutered, he found a home quickly.
Roland and Loretta came to the shelter together and have found a home together.
Coal was one of the shy cats, always hiding in his house, waiting at the shelter for a home. He was the perfect companion for someone looking for a quiet black kitty.
Starsky is one half of Starsky and Hutch. The playful brothers had been at the shelter most of their lives, so that most of what they had known was living in a cage. They came to the shelter 9 months ago and people did not want to split up the brothers, so they were overlooked for single cats. They were adopted together shortly after neutering, but for only a brief time. They were returned as they were found to be too playful together, still being young boys who were full of fun and very active. Hutch found his new home in September. Starsky patiently waited for someone to give him another chance. Then he went to live and romp at
Pet Food Warehouse at Churchill Plaza where the good folks found him a home.
Gotti came to the shelter in rough shape after being found abandoned in an
apartment. He is the 14th Shelter cat that Black Road Vet has housed and helped to find a home in the past year.
Both the female Ebony and the male Ebony found homes within days of eachother.
This affectionate little girl who was abandoned at the Shelter has found a new home a few days after she was spayed.
Affectionate Momma Ava has found a home after a long wait. She took very good care of her babies Jay, Ray, Clay, May, Kay and Fay until they were adopted. Ava gave a motherly touch to any of the little kittens that came her way.
