Earl is a really loving, silly guy! He loves to snuggle and play with toys. He was adopted, but unfortunately returned as his playful/jumpy energy was a bit much for the home he was in. He can get goofy on walks and needs room to run safetly off leash while he works on his walking behaviors. He isn't able to get out enough energy on a leash, but if he is able to run and play he calms down well! He'll lay in his bed with his toys or sit by your side for some pets and snuggles. He has come a long way with his training but he still has some room to go - he needs someone who is willing to work with him on containing his excitement. We would not recommend a home with young children due to his jumping, but he has been fine with cats and also does well with other playful dogs.
