Frosty is a very special and outgoing boy who came to the shelter as a stray in desperate need for help.  He required emergency veterinary care due to severe hypothermia and dehydration after being found outdoors under a house in some extremely cold winter conditions.  After some intensive TLC Frosty has recovered fully and is looking for his forever home.  He has some slight neurological issues that cause him to be slightly unbalanced on feet but do not affect him at all as he is an active boy that doesn't know any different.  He is a super affectionate and easy going cat that would probably do fine in a home with other pets as well as older children.
