Velvet is a quiet 5 year old female who was brought into the shelter as a stray from the east end of town. She is a quiet cat who perfers to be alone but will curl up beside you and have a nap. Velvet likes to sit in the window and watch the birds at the bird feeder. She is an independent girl who would be best as an only pet.
