Meet Thicket! Thicket is a sweet but timid kitten who is searching for his furever home. He came to us as a very scared kitten and took some time to feel safe with us. He will need a calm home where he can adjust at his own pace - he would do best starting off in just one room of the house where he can get used to the sounds and smells of his new home. With some time and patience he will be your buddy, often the cats that take a bit of extra work to earn their trust end up being the sweetest/snuggliest! 

We sent him to a foster home to help him work on his confidence, and his foster mom has really helped him to come out of his shell. She says: "Thicket is a handsome boy who is constantly purring, whether he’s playing, being held, or just lounging beside you! He thrives on interactive playtime with the feather wand, and likes to push around and pounce on stuffed toys. It’s best to let him take the lead and let him approach you for pets and attention, but when you let him do that he loves being held and brushed. He can get a little bit playfully-chompy if he’s startled by sudden movements, so he’d do best in a slower-paced home without young children. We introduced him to one of our cats, and he was friendly and well-mannered towards her!”
